The dvLED queue

Up to three hours of work.
Seven days of waiting.

An RFQ arrives. It joins the sales engineering queue behind every other request in the region. Days later an engineer builds the configuration by hand, draws it in CAD, prices it in a spreadsheet and pastes it into a template. Then the customer changes the wall size, and the whole package is wrong at once.

Sales leadership

“Deals stall while we wait for engineering, and I can’t hire my way out of it.”

→Most of the lead time is queue, not work.

The customer waits a week for up to three hours of engineering, or more, and compares vendors while waiting.

Sales engineering

“My best people rebuild the same configs and redo them at every change.”

→Deals lose momentum in the revision loop.

Two or three loops per project are normal. Each one adds days at exactly the moment the customer decides, and the fastest credible vendor frames the specification.

Channel

“Partners can’t quote our products without us, so they wait or quote a competitor.”

→Revenue is lost invisibly.

Where no engineer is free, the quote never gets created: small deals, partner deals, busy-week deals. Nobody tracks the quotes that never existed.

Product · Live configuration

dvLED is complex.
Selling it shouldn’t be.

Arterio is the sales engineering platform built for dvLED. Every wall carries the rules your engineers know by heart: pixel pitch, cabinet geometry, processing, data and power wiring, mounting, clearances and price. Arterio applies all of them on the call, so every quote and every revision happens in minutes and deals keep their momentum.

A simplified slice of one configuration · X0.9 · 27″ Gen 2 COB · 0.94 mm · 42 to 56 cabinetsThree revisions. Every number rolls forward.

Product · One flow

Configure and quote on the call.

Enter the requirement live: product, size, pitch, site. Arterio applies the engineering logic your team approved, from cabinets and processing to receiver cards, power, data, redundancy, mounting and spares, and produces the complete package.

Geometry

Flat, faceted or curved.

Radius, sweep angle, developed face length and cabinet depth are solved from the cabinet data. Sections combine into one display with one BoM.

Processing

The right controller, and the cost of every alternative.

Input cards, sending cards, data runs and pixel capacity are sized to the wall. Every eligible controller is listed with its price delta, so the trade-off is visible on the call.

Data and power wiring, cabinet by cabinet.

Drawn from one Arterio session and the 40-page proposal it generated for a two-display project: quote, display overview and 33 drawing pages from one configuration.

Product · The revision moment

The customer changes the wall on a Tuesday.

Size, pitch, budget or site: the entire package recomputes immediately. BoM, drawings, wiring, power, price, proposal. The updated proposal goes out the same day, at any stage of the deal.

Standard deals by sales, exceptions by experts. Engineers stop rebuilding repeat configurations and handle only what needs them.

Step 3, Screen: 8 × 7 cabinets on a Peerless-AV mount, 4.8 × 2.3625 m. Step 4, Processing: the H series selected, every alternative priced as a delta. Change either one and the whole package recomputes.

Governance · The framework

Your engineers set the framework once and keep the exceptions.

→Approve once, applied always.

Product, processing and mounting follow the design principles your sales engineering sets. Quotation rules, price books and regional settings live centrally, with explicit change governance.

→One launch, one update.

New products and prices are updated centrally and apply across regions, teams and partners at once, instead of outdating a dozen spreadsheets.

→Safe for competitive data.

Tenant isolation, access controls, no cross-tenant AI training. Your product and pricing data stay yours, and your CRM stays the system of record.

Proof · Who it's for

Built for direct-view LED manufacturers first.

Repeated quotation volume, several configurable product families, and a sales process that depends on scarce sales engineering capacity. Value-added distributors with technical quoting desks come second.

A good fit when

  • ≥ 30configured quotes or major revisions a month
  • ≥ 3people creating or validating technical quotes
  • ≥ 2configurable product families
  •   ·project business where size, pitch and budget change mid-deal
  •   ·multi-region or channel ambitions

Probably not when

  •   ·very low quote volume with a simple portfolio
  •   ·mostly one-off custom builds: transparent LED, custom architecture
  •   ·you want a one-off calculator rather than a governed workflow
  •   ·no named owner for product and pricing data

No generic demo data.

We model one of your products from public specs or specs you provide, configure it live in 30 minutes, and change it mid-session the way a customer would. If we cannot model your product, we say so before the meeting.
